This is a photo of the Milky Way shining over rocks in the Alabama Hills. The Alabama Hills are located in the Eastern Sierra near the town of Lone Pine, California. A little bit of light painting has been added during the exposure to accentuate the rocks.
I love the art of photography and through it I try to capture the beauty of nature and the world around me. I have lived on the central coast of California near the town of Avila Beach for most of my life which has given me many photographic opportunities in this beautiful area.
