This image of the night sky consists of about 50 images, 30 seconds long, stacked in an image editing program. The stars rotate around the North Star, or Polaris, which creates the circular patterns. A little light painting has been used to light up a colorful umbrella.
I love the art of photography and through it I try to capture the beauty of nature and the world around me. I have lived on the central coast of California near the town of Avila Beach for most of my life which has given me many photographic opportunities in this beautiful area. I also love the Sierra Nevada mountains and have photographed extensively on both the western and eastern sides.
